📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
• Administer and manage our compensation and benefits systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between compensation and benefits programs and the company's strategic goals.
• Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and bonuses.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation and benefits-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in compensation and benefits administration (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits software like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
