📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll using SAP Payroll and Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to the HR department and management.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries.
• Manage payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and benefit plans.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing and tax filings.
• Provide support to the HR team in payroll-related queries and issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to payroll.
• Participate in payroll audits and reviews to maintain system integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with payroll software and tools is a plus.
