📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.,Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and contribute to team success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs to provide insights for continuous improvement.,Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other marketing activities to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of the Extruck Division's products and services is a plus.
