📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Assist in the maintenance and repair of IT equipment.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Support the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.
