📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of healthcare staff to ensure high standards of patient care.,Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to manage patient schedules and appointments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.,Assist in the management of medical supplies and equipment inventory.,Support the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the healthcare center, including handling patient inquiries and managing appointments.,Assist in the organization of healthcare workshops, training sessions, and other professional development activities.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for administrative tasks.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian, with good English skills being an advantage.,Certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
