📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals.,Managing a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Monitoring departmental budgets and ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Representing the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
