📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs for employees.,Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR-related reports and dashboards.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
