📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.,Restock shelves and ensure proper product display.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist with inventory management and stock taking.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and retail management systems is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
