In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and final project documentation.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing civil engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
