Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback,Contribute to the development of operational best practices and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
