📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Analyze market trends and identify potential suppliers to ensure the company has access to the best products and services at competitive prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.,Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and develop effective procurement strategies.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
