📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and online clients.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of sales and cash transactions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and cash handling roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid ID and work permit for Palembang.
