📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.,Conduct training sessions and facilitate learning activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives through surveys, assessments, and feedback.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide appropriate training solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Monitor and report on the progress and impact of learning and development programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
