📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules and timelines.,Ensure that production processes are followed correctly and efficiently.,Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met.,Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of new production methods and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
