📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and train outlet staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate recording of sales and inventory.,Collaborate with the head office to implement company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
