PT Sri Kartika is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations in Ambon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics flow, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere while maintaining close coordination with the local team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse equipment and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Experience with remote management and coordination with local teams.
