📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales activities to meet or exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Promote products and services to potential customers through various marketing channels.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Train and mentor new sales staff to ensure consistent performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends is beneficial.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
