ASMPT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our HR strategy and driving organizational success. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals, and ensure a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.,Partner with senior management to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.,Lead and mentor HR teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct performance management and talent development activities to support employee growth.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Represent ASMPT at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a multinational or international organization is a plus.
