Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven personalization strategies,Work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and define product requirements,Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver AI solutions,Monitor and optimize AI models to ensure they meet business objectives and user expectations,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies,Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership,Drive the adoption of AI personalization across Airbnb's platforms,Measure and analyze the impact of AI personalization on user engagement and business metrics🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field,5+ years of experience in a platform management or product management role,Experience with AI and machine learning technologies,Strong understanding of data-driven decision making,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment,Experience with A/B testing and experiment design,Familiarity with Airbnb's platform and user base🛠️ Keahlian
