Greet customers and provide excellent customer service,Process transactions accurately and efficiently,Handle cash and manage the cash register,Provide product information and answer customer inquiries,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Friendly and outgoing personality,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions,Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management,Fluency in Indonesian language
