📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment and systems are running efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain the company's maintenance inventory, ensuring all tools and materials are available and properly stocked.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that maintenance activities align with overall operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering maintenance management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems.
• Certifications in maintenance management or relevant industry standards are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
