📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Process payroll and manage vendor payments.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts receivable/payable.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
