Key Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality artisanal frozen yogurt using premium ingredients and traditional techniques.
• Develop and test new flavors to keep our menu exciting and innovative.
• Maintain and clean froyo-making equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies for new flavors.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in frozen dessert craftsmanship.
• Assist in inventory management to ensure we have the right ingredients on hand.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the frozen dessert industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating unique and delicious flavors.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every guest.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) for extended periods.
