Product Manager - Travel & Tours (International & Domestic Products)

Gladex Travel And Tours Corp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our travel and tours products both domestically and internationally. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and market demands.

This is a full-time position located in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. The salary range for this role is PHP 35000 - 45000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and develop travel and tours products both domestically and internationally.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell products.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve products.
• Develop and implement product strategies to meet business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, especially in the travel and tours industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing products.
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with travel industry software and tools.
• Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
