📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Lead and mentor junior project coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, with a strong background in mechanical engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
