🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
