📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands
  • Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies
  • Assist in stocking and organizing coffee supplies and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
  • Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
